We're turning the tide on ocean plastic

Since July 2023, we've teamed up with Ocean Bottle to help educate and build awareness around the unprecedented dangers our oceans and marine life face against plastic waste. Ocean Bottle is a social and environmental impact company, funding plastic collection through the sale of their reusable bottles which helps individuals and businesses to create a global impact.

Founded in 2018, Ocean Bottle’s mission started on Indigogo, a crowdfunding platform. Pitching their idea to the world, they were asking for a modest $10,000 (£8,250) to help achieve their growth plans for the world’s most needed bottle.

By the time their pitch closed they had received $265,000 (£219,000) from over 2900 backers across 88 countries. Fast-forward to the present day, they’ve collected over 6,000,000kg of Ocean Bound Plastic, and they are just getting started!

Our Pledge

Our commitment to Ocean Bottle and our staff doesn’t stop at receiving the bottles. We pledge to continue fighting ocean-bound plastic by capturing more plastic each month, 20,000 bottles worth, as a minimum. We will then go beyond this by adding on the refills our staff make with their Ocean Bottles when logged either through the NFC touchpads or through the Ocean Bottle app.
