V420+ v3: Approved for a working life of 100 years!

With approvals for anchoring and post-installed rebar in cracked and non-cracked concrete, V420+ v3 is now assessed for a working life of 100 years. The latest update to the European Technical Assessment (ETA) allows users to design to Eurocode 2 (EN 1992-4) based on a 100 year working life assumption. This condition can now also be modelled in DesignFiX, the VJ Technology anchor and post-installed rebar calculation software.

The VJ Technology range of resins also includes XPE440; the ultimate performing epoxy injection mortar, which is also assessed for a working life of 100 years.

Both XPE440 and V420+ v3 have been approved for use at a number of key projects including Hinkley Point C for temporary and permanent works.
