VJ Technology acquires Sinops Limited

Established in June 1995, Sinops provides comprehensive, reliable access to Chinese and Asian component manufacturing with full supply chain management.

The Company has its head office in Stourbridge, West Midlands and a commercial office in the Chinese city of Qingdao - giving Sinops direct, local representation with over 30 Chinese factories - and also formal long-term associations with established manufacturers in Taiwan, Malaysia, India, Thailand and Vietnam.

This is an exciting acquisition for VJT as it presents us with new opportunities to expand our own brand range of products and furthermore secure our supply chain in the Far East. We are making a strategic move designed to strengthen and broaden our product and service offering to both new and existing customers which should enable VJT to drive increased growth.

This is a very exciting time for VJ Technology as we continue our significant investment in people, systems and capabilities to develop VJT into a world-class value-added distributor of technical fixings and fasteners.

This is our second acquisition of the year as an independent company, backed by our investors, Primary Capital, and we welcome Sinops as a fully integrated part of the growing VJ Technology team and Group.
