The XPE440 is our ultimate performing epoxy injection mortar, with approvals for anchoring and post-installed rebar connections in cracked and non-cracked concrete. Anchors are designed according to the new EN 1992-4 standard (Eurocode 2 Part 4) for maximum safety and efficiency and are assessed for a working life of 100 years. XPE440 is ideal for heavy duty connections, including with high anchorage depth. Design checks can be performed using DesignFiX - the free anchor and post-installed rebar calculation software. DesignFiX enables anchors to be modelled under static and seismic loads.
