V.J. Technology has launched their latest addition to their Resin programme, the new High Performance Epoxy - HPE 385. This odour free Resin Anchor system is manufactured in 385 ml cartridges which not only fits the VJT applicator gun but also conveniently fits the MD2000 Dispenser which is the other widely available product of this type on the market.
The advantages of VJT's HPE 385 are considerable. As well as having virtually no smell, VJT's resin comes in a larger cartridge, making it considerably better value. There is almost no shrinkage and the HPE 385 is 'Easy Flow', eliminating the usual struggle to pump the mixture out of the cartridge.
HPE 385 offers contactors extremely high performance when installing Rebars, Anchor Studs and Internally Threaded Sockets and the extended curing time means that even at high temperatures and in deep holes there is plenty of time for the user. Even at 30°C curing doesn't start for 20 minutes. Performance is also maintained in diamond drilled holes, wet holes and large diameter holes.
With HPE 385 there are no expansion forces in the base material and the resin is ideal for close edge and axial spacing uses. The HPE 385 also has a flexible ratio of annular gap which allows oversized holes to be used. No need to worry that your drill bit is too big!
