VJ Technology, one of the UK’s leading manufacturers and distributors of fixings, power tools and consumables, introduces a new technical brochure for its range of styrene free resins:
HPE 585 offers a high performance pure epoxy resin in a larger size cartridge, while VJ Technology continues with the HPE 385 for applications with less volume demand.
V420+ is the highest performance vinylester resin in the VJ Technology range and one of the most versatile resins currently available on the market today.
E410+ and EC 410+ have been further developed as styrene free formulations but retain the user friendly standard cure and express cure for the winter months.
Pietro Grandesso, Managing Director, VJ Technology comments: “We are delighted with our new formulations and cartridge sizes and are especially excited by the new iCalc chemical anchor calculation software for our 3 market leading chemical anchor products”
V420+ is a high performance vinylester resin that has many benefits to offer our customers. Styrene free and incorporating a new mixing system and a soft grip cap, V420+ is quick and easy to use and its high-bonding quality makes it suitable for almost all base materials. It has European Technical Approval (ETA Option 7) for allthread studs and rebar in non cracked concrete and an ETA for “post fixed rebar” in non cracked concrete. V420+ also has a fire rating from the iBMB fire test institute in Braunschweig, Germany where the standard test; DIN EN 1363-1:1999-10 was applied and provides a safe working load at staged exposure times from 30 to 120 minutes.
HPE 585 is a new larger cartridge for the volume user offering 200ml more resin than HPE 385. HPE is a high performance pure epoxy resin with extended cure times for anchors or bars requiring large diameter or deep holes. HPE has a European Technical Approval (ETA Option 1) for allthread studs and rebar in cracked and non cracked concrete. HPE also has a fire rating from the iBMB fire test institute in Braunschweig, Germany where the standard test; DIN EN 1363-1:1999-10 was applied and provides a safe working load at staged exposure times from 30 to 120 minutes.
E410+ and EC410+ retain their performance benefits for the user and at the same time have been developed as a styrene free formulation: another VJT first.
