Technical Sales
Central to our customer focus are two technical sales teams. One operates internally and is available at the end of a phone (or fax, email or text message) from 8am until 6pm, Monday to Friday. VJT's internal technical sales respond to customer's questions quickly and accurately access to VJT's live stock control system and can confirm a customer's order within seconds. Where advice is needed customers can be confident that VJT will always strive to recommend the most practical and cost-effective solution to any given application, without being constrained to recommend one manufacturer over another.
VJT's external technical sales have unrivalled knowledge and expertise and site visits are usually welcomed by our customers. Again the advice is impartial and practical, many of our external technical sales guys having construction or civil engineering backgrounds.
Technical support
Where performance characteristics are unusually demanding, or there is a new application without an off-the-shelf answer, VJT's technical department is available for on-site testing. Anchor tests, which conform to CFA guidelines and verify the performance of a wide range of anchors used in more technical applications, are our specialty. We also create extraordinary scenarios in order to prove performance.
Next day (even same day) delivery
Because our drivers work for us and no-one else they are aware of how important it is to get deliveries right first time, every time. Our experience with compact, inner city sites and large, complex sites means we fully recognise the importance of delivery conditions and on-site dates.
